That depends

It does depends, as you could have a whole wide selection of burgers and sandwiches at your fingertips. Personally, I would always gravitate towards the sandwich as I like to keep it light on the meat while filling it with all sorts of stuff!

That and stacking it like in scooby-doo

I generally appreciate something warm and filling in my tummy, but since I'm a vegetarian, my sandwich options tend to be considerably better than my burger options.

That being said... I have been friends with enough people who worked at... "burger restaurants which shall remain unnamed" that I wouldn't consider eating in one of those unless I was absolutely starving.
Might be a a regional thing though. I'm sure people on minimum wage in 'your' country are diligent and highly motivated worker bees.

There are veggie burgers you can eat! Like bean burgers, they good as hell, and can be cooked to give ya a warm and filling meal! If that aint your fancy, there are other sorts of foods you can substitute the patty such as jackfruit, pineapple, potatoes, etc.

Also side tangent, but you shouldn't eat those "impossible meat" plant based crude as none of it was ever actually tested for all the chemicals it uses in the long run. There are some videos on yt going over the problem with it.

For me, its a good hamburger. But i wouldnt say its better than a sandwich.

I like a hamburger that isn't too meaty, I like a good balance of everything!
That and breakfast sandwiches
